By placing an order for any of our products, customers are subject to these terms and conditions only. Volterra does not agree to any separate terms, conditions, contracts, documents, etc.
Returns and Exchanges
Under no circumstances will Volterra Architectural Products allow returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any of our products after purchase. All products are made to order, please proceed with certainty while placing orders.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase or by quote. Online shipping costs will be estimated at checkout via volterraproducts.com. All costs are only relevant to the associated documentation provided by Volterra (sales order, quotation, etc.) and are not obligated to any documentation provided by the buyer.
Volterra will store material for 48 hours after completion. Storage fees will occur after 48 hours. Fees will vary depending on size of packaging. Any complete order that is held beyond the given ship date specified on its sales order will be subject to storage fees.
All material is FOB Volterra Architectural Products unless otherwise specified by us. Once a delivery is signed for, Volterra is not responsible for any damage or defects after the shipment has been claimed. We are not responsible for any damage from inspection of delivery. If the shipment is damaged upon delivery, the buyer shall reject the shipment or note damage on the delivery receipt. Both the receiving party and the driver must sign the delivery receipt.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground (or similar), FedEx, LTL/Full truckload with a third party at the discretion of Volterra Architectural products. If required, the customer must have appropriate people to hand unload the product.
